We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by law. Customer-controlled retention is configured per agreement; documents can be purged immediately on processing or held for a contracted timeline.

Information collected through the Services is transferred to and processed in the United States. Kita may share data with affiliates or third parties in the United States or other countries with different data protection laws. Customers using our regional processing options for Mexico, Singapore, or Indonesia may have data residency confined to those regions per agreement. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing.

The Services are directed at individuals over 18 and not at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Policy as the Services evolve. We will post changes on the Site; review this page periodically. Material changes will be accompanied by appropriate notice.
