Do credits expire?
Credits roll over while your account is active. If you're sitting on a balance you can't use, we'll roll it into a renewal — we don't pocket unused credit.

What happens when I run out of credits?
Auto-refill kicks in if you turn it on — your balance tops up before you hit zero. Otherwise, the API returns 402 and we email your billing contact.

Can I share credits across teams?
One workspace = one balance. Enterprise supports sub-organizations so a holding company can issue credits to subsidiaries while keeping a unified contract and audit trail.

What's the difference between annual and pay-as-you-go?
Pay-as-you-go is the default — buy a credit pack, refill on demand, no commitment. Annual contracts trade flexibility for materially deeper volume discounts; talk to us if you have a sense of yearly volume.
